A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows must pay half of the price for the missed service before booking again.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for delays. Arrivals later than this will need to be rescheduled.

Results vary by individual. Following aftercare instructions is essential to achieve and maintain optimal results.

We accept cash, e-transfer, credit cards, and debit.

Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

Services are available to clients 18 years of age and older.

At this time, we provide services exclusively to female clients.

Please review our contraindications prior to booking to confirm you are a suitable candidate for treatments.

All treatments and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Single services must be used within 30 days of purchase.

All client information and conversations remain confidential. We avoid discussions of political, religious, or other sensitive personal topics during treatments.

Receipts for insurance claims are not provided, as our services are considered aesthetic treatments.
